In recent years, with the development of e-commerce like Jingdong, Shop No.1,Taobao ext., the rise of mobile Internet and online to offline bring enormous impact on traditional retailing. Retailing industries begin to return to nature, take consumers` demand as starting point, renewed focus on community business, and pay attention to the development of community commerce.At the same time, aging problems in our country is becoming worse, the number of urban empty nest elderly, elderly people live alone increase year by year. Based on the territorial nature of the community commerce. And the fundamental principle Of meeting the integrated demands of residents, the aging needs community commerce to meet the demand for commodities and some services. So, how to develop community commerce is both a theoretical and a practical problem in aging society.This article discusses community commerce model under aging society, the first part of the article point out research problems, research background, research methods and significance of this study; the second part define the basic concept of community commerce, elaborate and summarize related theories by collecting and reviewing relevant literatures from domestic and foreign countries; the third part describes the current development process of community commerce,status and characteristics in our country;the fourth part is the data analysis section, we conduct a survey in Beijing Shuangyushuxili community, discovery and analysis living conditions and community commerce needs of the elderly, then proposed problems of urban community commerce; the fifth part propose solutions and suggestions about how to develop urban community commerce; the last part presents the conclusions of this study.
