DongYingDistrict State-owned Assets Operating Performance Evaluation System Research

The state-owned assets operation performance evaluation is the management of state-owned assets management performance and efficiency analysis and scientific evaluation, objectively determined by performance evaluation status of objects in the system of state-owned assets operation. Its main purpose is:through evaluation, encouraging and promoting the state-owned assets management and operators to work hard, improve the state-owned assets operation efficiency, and for the government to determine the government investment, external financing, management assessment, enterprise restructuring and other major economic activities to provide decision-making reference.In this paper, combined with the actual Dongying area, from the angle to ensure that the value of state assets, Dongying state-owned assets operation performance evaluation system is studied and discussed. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the Dongying state-owned assets operation performance evaluation, analyzes the existing problems in the performance evaluation, and puts forward the solving measures. Ltd. and Dongying new home village development and construction company is poor, the state-owned capital of the three enterprises can consider to reduce investment or disinvestment.(2) the annual comprehensive performance of Dongying district national shareholding enterprise rankings, the state-owned holding enterprises annual comprehensive performance of state-owned enterprises, the annual comprehensive performance is relatively poor; Dongying district various categories (shares) of state-owned holding enterprise integrated performance overall steady upward trend, the comprehensive performance of large enterprises rose the most obvious, followed by is a medium-sized enterprises, the small business;2008Dongying state-owned holding (equity) enterprise integrated performance overall increased rapidly; in2009Dongying state-owned holding (equity) enterprise integrated performance overall decline significantly.The operation of state-owned asset performance evaluation system, which can provide reference for Dongying state-owned assets operation performance evaluation system, can also provide experience for other regions of the state-owned assets operation and management.
