Land is the most basic and indispensable to the survival of humans material resources, is thephysical space of human activity, determine the continuation of human life and social prosperity.Along with the social development, urban sprawl, the human demand for land is more and morebig, the bearing capacity of land is put forward higher request, ensued, extensive land use,ecological environmental damage and low yield of agricultural products low charge issues such asseverely restricts the social and economic development in our country, at the same time, a threat tofood security in China. Therefore, how to efficient sustainable use of land, realize economicgrowth and reasonable utilization of land, has become an urgent need to solve the key problem.Zhaoyuan County is the county of commodity grain base, is an important majorgrain-producing counties of Heilongjiang Province. Agriculture plays a leading role in ZhaoyuanCounty, determines the development of county economy, but because of cultivated land intensiveuse degree is not high, scientific and technological strength is not strong, the production of lack offunds, lack of financial input constraints, the maximum potential of land not fully. It is thus clearthat efficient, reasonable and cultivated land use science has become a powerful impetus for therapid economic growth in Zhaoyuan County.In this paper, the concept and connotation of intensive use of cultivated land on the basis ofrelevant theories, selects the evaluation index system of Zhaoyuan County regional features, buildsof the intensive use of arable land evaluation index system, and uses the multi-objectivecomprehensive evaluation model, combined with GIS spatial analysis technology, from differentaspects such as time, space and intensity level from2002to2011are analyzed and the ZhaoyuanCountry16towns and intensive utilization of cultivated land characteristics. In the scientificanalysis and evaluation on the basis of results, puts forward some countermeasures andsuggestions for intensive use of cultivated land in Zhaoyuan County.The results showed that,1) From the time variation, Zhaoyuan Country evolution at the levelof intensive utilization of cultivated land is on the rise as a whole from2002to2011, the intensivedegree of cultivated land use rose from0.1816in2002to0.8167in2011. The level of cultivatedland intensive use a slow growth trend from2002to2008, after adjustment by2009, it is fastrising trend from2010to2011, it reached a historical peak of cultivated land intensive use degreein2011.2) From the spatial variation characteristics, Zhaoyuan County cultivated land intensivedegree has obvious spatial difference, the eastern township, west of cultivated land intensive use of township level higher and stable, mostly in grade â…¡intensive use; northwest township changedobviously, grade â…¢, â…£ promoted to grade II; cultivated land intensive use of township level iscentral low, the majority concentrated in grade â…¢and intensive use of the following.3) Accordingto the presence of cultivated land use in Zhaoyuan County, from the increased publicity, improvethe farmers cultivated land intensive utilization consciousness; to establish and perfect the policyand legal system of cultivated land protection; improve the level of government investment,strengthen the construction of rural land consolidation; improve land use efficiency; adjusting thestructure of agricultural land, intensive use; strengthen the construction of the ecologicalenvironment of cultivated land; speed up the establishment and improvement is proposed toimprove the intensive utilization of cultivated land in Zhaoyuan County and the countermeasuresand suggestions of socialization service system.
