A multi-objective maximum coverage model is established, and finally presents a genetic algorithm for the model. Example analysis shows some multiple optional schemes, different people make the decision depending on the preference specific circumstances. With an increase in the number of emergency materials reserve, each objective function value is increased, so the model and algorithm is effective.(2) Regional emergency materials reserve coordinative location problemIn his paper we put forward regional emergency materials reserve coordinative location method. A maximum cover risk weighting mathematical model is established, and in view of the model a elite reserve strategy of genetic algorithm is designed. Through example analysis comparing whether the location of the plan as a whole situation, regional planning as a whole covers more risk weighting. The location decision that considering the risk distribution of other units and the distribution of emergency supplies repertory conforms to the actual situation.
