A Study On System And Operation Of New Rural Cooperative Medical System In Linfen City Of Shanxi

China’s medical security system which is closely related to people’s wellbeingplays an important role in the social security system and always gives service to thedevelopment of social economy. The new rural cooperative medical care system as akind of security system concerns with900million farmers’ medical problem. Thesearch of its sustainable development has an important significance in the scientificoutlook on development, the urban and rural harmonious development, socialstability and farmers’ livelihood.Based on the theory of the new rural cooperative medical care system and otherrelated theories, the qualitative and quantitative research methods were adopted inthis research in order to discuss the sustainable development of the new ruralcooperative medical care system in Linfen.Firstly, on the basis of related theories, the author discusses the researchbackground and significance of this study and reviews the development history of thenew rural cooperative care system in our country.Secondly, by analyzing the current new rural cooperative care system in Linfen,including the situations of farmers under the new rural cooperative medical caresystem and compensation situation，it showed that the new rural cooperative medicalcare system and other mechanisms in Linfen have been builded, farmers under thenew rural cooperative medical care system has been increased. The result of thequalitative and quantitative research methods showed that the sustainabledevelopment of the new rural cooperative medical care system in Linfen would beinfluenced or restricted by institutional factors, subject factors and environmentfactors.Finally, on the basis of an analysis of the local actual situations in details, theauthor puts forward to countermeasures and suggestions to solve these restrictionfactors which contains improving the new rural cooperative medical care system design, giving full play to the new rural cooperative medical system in the role of thethree party and optimizing the external environment and so on. This researchexpected to be benefit for the development and improvement of the new ruralcooperative medical care system in Linfen.
