After many years’ development, family businesses in China with the enterprise scale and the change of external environment factors are facing a major subject of employee relationship management. Influenced by China’s "pattern of difference sequence", the family business on the employees’ incentive system presents certain hysteresis relative to its speed of development. Starting from the concept of "pattern of difference sequence", this paper analyzed the characteristics of the pattern and its effect on the family business."Pattern of difference sequence" is a self or family as the center, with blood or geopolitical relationship, successive formation of the "circle", it is the Chinese hierarchy of trust for others.C is a family business engaged in the travel service, by expanding the marketing team, the company has developed rapidly, but the company’s managers found that there was no appropriate method to motivate marketers to improve marketing performance.To company C, marketing and customer service staff as the main research objects, through the investigation and visit,this paper studied the reality of the company employees incentive mechanism, and analyzes its forming reasons, and analyzes its forming reasons, and finally, combining the theory of maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the needs of the wheat cleland theory,from the perspective of the enterprise culture, the external system environment, industry characteristics, enterprise scale and the dimension of leadership put forward the improvement ideas.
