After China’s entry into the WTO, pull the economy, obtained the development, the main is China’s enterprise in accelerated, from pure state ownership enterprise is varied, now the figure of state-owned enterprise does not see more, the private enterprise enlarging, especially the establishment of the family enterprise, as early as in18th century when the family enterprise is established, the enterprise management problem gradually apparent, and the typical is family enterprise internal management problems, family enterprise management problem is the most important in the management of human resources, also is the employee to work the problem of professional degrees, this paper makes a study of the family enterprise growth processes, employee’s personal problems, leading management and organizational management problem and so on; Find out the Chinese family enterprises employee engagement influence factors and influence of index; Analyzing the influential factors, and put forward some Suggestions to improve staff professional degrees.In recent years, our country enterprise many are made by state-owned enterprises into private ownership enterprise and private enterprise to the economic development of our country play a very significant role, such as taxes and solve the employment of the hand. Explore how to make private ownership enterprise in an increasingly competitive environment of the biggest gain profit and fast developed, become the domestic and foreign academic circles of experts to discuss the hottest topic. From the current development situation in China to see95%of private ownership of enterprise is family-based enterprises. Domestic and foreign research shows that employees’ commitment to the development of the enterprise of level of performance and helps a lot, so, the employee engagement, the influence factors of degree of family enterprises is very important.I get the family business after the analysis of the employee’s engagement the main influence factors are divided into:first, the more general influencing factors; Second, more critical factors, leadership, management level, performance and salaries, this is my study a more important factor; Third, the staff to focus on the most problems influencing factors, stability, personal growth opportunity and professional development. Fourth, external factors, including except outside of the family enterprise in the industry, private enterprises and state-owned enterprises, foreign enterprises and of some very important factors.
