This article by the fictitious economy in the broad sense, analyzes the evolving historical process of the emergence and development of the fictitious economy. Followed by special analysis of a typical representative of the fictitious economy-the course of development of the securities market, due to China’s market economy is still in its infancy, the development of the fictitious economy is an exploration of the development process, which makes China’s securities market (a typical representative of the fictitious economy) has a specific brand of the times. Therefore, the study of the interaction in China should be based on different periods.Then depth the theoretical foundation of the fictitious economy and real economic interaction to explore the mechanism of the role of the real economy and fictitious economy, the last of a theoretical model based on the quantity theory of money, of the real economy and the theoretical basis of the interactive fictitious economy.Finally, by using co-integration analysis, Granger causality test, and pulse analysis real economy and fictitious economy data were analyzed and found that:at different stages, China’s fictitious economy and real economy has shown a different interactive situation, analyze the reasons First, because of the complexity of the mechanism, Second, because of the transitional stage with China’s economic reality. The allocation of the money supply in the field of fictitious economy and real economy, affects the development. Overall, the impact of changes in the money supply on the fictitious economy is greater, the impact of changes in the money supply on the real economy is more lasting, but finally the impact of the money supply will be gone.
