Economic globalization is not only a trend which can’t resist also anew global economic background. Beginning at the1990s of the last century,enterprises from different countries and regions followed this trend tostart their international business. Therefore it comes out a large numberof multinational companies and a new concept: InternationalEntrepreneurship. At the same time of the multinational companies findingchances and build new business in China. The enterprises in China also showtheir big potential to open up a new market in the world.Huawei is the most representative of Chinese enterprises in theinternational entrepreneurial process. Starting from a workshop-stylesmall company and now becoming an international company. Have a large numberof independent intellectual property rights. Both the success and failuresin their international entrepreneurial process are worth learning.Basedon expounding the theory of international entrepreneurship research, thebasic pattern of international entrepreneurship strategy, for specificcorporate international venture, the combination of the characteristicsof its target market but also in the selection of internationalentrepreneurship strategies, resources and capabilities of its own as wellas their business environment, macroeconomic policy, and so on. Used methodof SWOT analysis analyzed Huawei’s international entrepreneurshipopportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses.The main reasons of Huawei’s international entrepreneurship are thetechnology and performance level has reached the level of integration withthe international market, with the possession of the low-end internationalmarket competitiveness, and also with a price advantage. The most importantpoint is the domestic market has not fully conductive to the developmentof Huawei. The international entrepreneurial strategy entry modes which Huaweitake are traditional direct sales model, OEM and strategic cooperation,investment and mergers and acquisitions. And choose different strategiesof investment, technology and marketing type.Based on making analysis of Huawei’s entrepreneurial strategy, thispaper tries providing a sample which can used as theoretical basis for theinternational entrepreneurship of other communications equipmentmanufacturing industry, and some guidance for these enterprise for how toobtain successful recommendations.
