Study On The Key Factors Of The Enterprises Growth Of Traditional Industry Cluster

Social economic system is composed of a variety of elements which connect with eachother, it plays a huge role on the improvement of living standards of the national and theregional economic development, enterprise is the most basic composition unit of socialeconomic system, enterprises can not be ignored. Therefore, the study of enterprise will notonly help raise the level of economic theory in our country, but also guide the socialeconomic development. Enterprise growth, namely enterprise development, has been a hotresearch topic in the field of enterprise. Under normal circumstances, the enterpriseenvironment has a significant influence on enterprise growth, enterprise growth would showdifferent behavior characteristics due to the different environment. Industrial cluster is a kindof special industrial organization model, it provides a favorable environment for enterprisedevelopment, the growth degree of the industrial organization model has been a standard ofmeasuring a region or even a country’s economic development situation in many experts’study. This study summarizes the theoretical research of industry cluster and enterprisegrowth, and on this basis to do the further theory research, combined with the instance provesthe validity of the proposed theory.According to the problem of traditional industrial cluster enterprise growth, withcomprehensive use of literature study, and the empirical analysis, on the basis of theprecedent researches, this paper put forward a research model. That is, to analysis therelationship between various factors of the traditional industrial cluster by research andinvestigation on the traditional industrial cluster in Hebei province; to verify the above theoryanalysis, by research statistical data on investigation result. This study, on the one hand,enriches the theory of enterprise growth; On the other hand, has practical guiding significanceon the enterprise growth of industrial cluster.This paper is divided into six chapters. Firstly, it briefly summarizes the researchsignificance and background, conceptual framework and innovation of this paper. Secondly, itexplains the meaning of the industrial clusters and enterprise growth, the definition oftraditional industrial clusters, the factors that have influence on enterprise growth and related theory. Thirdly, through the analysis of the factors that have influence on traditional industrialcluster enterprise growth other, it makes the relevant hypothesis. Then it designs and screensthe questions of the questionnaire based on each variables and confirms the selection ofsamples. Through the questionnaire survey, it collects, collates and analyzes date, usingSpss16.0for reliability and validity testing, factor analysis, correlation and regressionanalysis and other methods to analyze the variables. Finally, the sixth part will interpret theanalysis results and put forward the insufficiency of the research in this paper and theprospect of future research.
