Analysis And Comparison Research On Zhejiang Province Industrial Land Intensive Use

As the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the contradiction between construction land supply and demand is becoming increasingly acute. How can satisfy the demand of land and less the occupation of cultivated land is the most important subject to be solved urgently. Industrial land as the main type of construction land and also is an important part of urban land, the intensive degree directly affect the urban land utilization. Therefore, to discuss and research on industrial land intensive use problems and solutions has important strategic significance to promote the sustainable development of the city.Zhejiang is one of developed coastal provinces, and also is a typical resource scarcity province. At the time economic development, the contradiction between industrial land supply and demand becomes particularly prominent. Therefore, improve industrial land intensive use and expand the connotation land space, is the only way to solve above problems. This paper firstly discusses the background and significance of research on industrial land intensive use. Then on the basis of study on related literature, discusses some concepts and basic theories of industrial land intensive use. And last, take Zhejiang province as an example, from input-output Angle to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of industrial land intensive use, and put forward some suggestions to promote industrial land intensive use.Ultimately concluded that:(1) Industrial land of Zhejiang province is in large scales, and it takes high proportion in the construction land. The level of intensive use has a big distance from domestic other high intensive utilization cities and developed countries.(2) The regional differences of Industrial land is significant. Economic development, land marketization and regional resources endowment are the important factors to affect the level of industrial land intensive use.(3) Industrial property and industrial level are the main factors of industry difference of land use.(4) Policies and measures for industrial land intensive use play a guide and regulate role which cannot be ignored.
