Study On SAGW New Program Quality Management

With the rapid development of China’s automotive industry in recent years, more and more new models and new products launches in domestic auto market. The manufacturing capacity of the domestic companies is close to the international level, but compared with the international advanced companies in the development and management of new projects still is not a small gap. At the meanwhile, the vehicle company start to global sourcing now, the current program management procedure of domestic suppliers cannot meet the requirements. How will the project management theories, methods and tools be applied to domestic parts suppliers, has become the most pressing problems.SAGW. the experienced state-owned transmission company, faced with increasingly fierce competition in the industry. They need implement the program quality management desperately. With the procedure, they can effectively use existing resources to deliver qualified products according to program timing through early prevention, identification and change. At this time. SAGW co-develop a new transmission program (AAA program) with a global vehicle company, so it’s the best opportunity to improve their new program quality management procedure in the AAA program.This paper mainly did the study and analysis on the SAGW program quality management procedure. It introduced the application status of the program quality management procedure in the automotive industry first, and then detail studied the shortcomings of SAGW current program quality management procedure, and offered the solution according to their situation. Through this analysis and research, not only to improve the SAGW program quality management procedure, to maintain their leading position in the industry, but also to provide a good reference for the domestic part suppliers to enhance their program quality management capability.
