China’s Income Distribution Policy Optimization By Inclusive Growth Concept

China’s income distribution policy was affected by the value orientation after a change. In the rotation of fairness and efficiency, it achieved economic recovery, prosperity and sustainable development. At present, the social factors of disharmony quietly appear, the injustice of the income distribution is growing, people’s complaints are getting heavier and heavier. The effect of the implementation has seriously deviated from the established policy objectives. In September2010, Hu Jintao put forward the concept of "inclusive growth", requires that all policy objectives to achieve social justice and equality.Income distribution policy actually is a way to optimize the adjustment of the income distribution policy. It is the Fairness inclusive concept advocated by the adjustment of the income distribution policy. The problem of this study is how to optimize the income distribution policy to guide the distribution of social wealth tend to fair.In this paper, I saw growth concept as a guide, incremental supplement and update the current income distribution policy. Firstly, discuss the correlation of inclusive growth concept and the value of the income distribution policy orientation. It can be seen that the inclusive concept of growth and income distribution policy targets are to achieve social equity.Then, according to the historical development of China’s income distribution policy logic, we can clearly see, our government has adjusted the policy objectives of the income distribution, income distribution in the end to move closer to the fair. However, according to our current residents’ income gap between the situation of view, the gap between rich and poor is growing. It is an urgent need to build the implementation of equitable income distribution policy. After analyze the obstructive reasons of policy adjustment, the article discussed the policy optimization program for different income groups in China, from the income distribution of three components:the initial distribution, redistribution, and the third distribution.The innovation of this paper is that the income distribution policy to adjust the values was advocated by the current government, and it explored the correlation between them. It helps to adjust and optimize the local policy, maintain policy stability and continuity? promote the income distribution policy to better serve to achieve social goals.
