Accelerating automotive product development, shortening the development cycle,saving cost have become the strategy automobile enterprises all over the world. Chineseauto industry has not yet formed a complete system of new products development, mostlycopied foreign experience. The developing system is the core of the new productdevelopment of Enterprise A, however, lack of flexibility and collaboration made theenterprise A have to bear long developing cycle and high cost.Based on improved design for new product development system process of AAutomobile Enterprise, this paper researches into the current status and problems in thenew product developing process of Enterprise A, taking effecting factors of new productdeveloping system process as the design factors, and improves the design of businessprocess and working process design targeting on optimization of the process. The designfocuses on life cycle and supply chain, applying ASME to analyze business process, thenapply ESIA to optimize business process, and redesign the key business process combiningwith entropy method to determine scheme and with deviation method to avoid deviation. Inthe improved working processes, determine the value chain by ASME method, and applyjoint and parallel method for optimal design in value chain, then reduce activity time and atlast draw a Gantt chart. At the same time, the PDCA circulation management mode canhelp to realize continuous improvement of working process design. For the organizationalstructure improved design, the paper is based on Markov chain of communication network,improving the quality of the new product development system process design, andanalyzes the pre-effect of improved business processes, working process, organizationalmodels which guarantees the efficiency, reliability, and affordability of new productdevelopment system in the process of Enterprise A. This paper integrates theory of BRP and parallel methods, from the perspective oftotal life cycle and supply chain, to optimal design the process development of automobileEnterprise for new product development system, and dividing the process into two partswhich are business process and working process. This paper is to provide an effectiveprocess operation for new product development system of auto enterprises which is apractical guidance for auto companies, meanwhile providing reference to similarenterprises to improve the process design on new product developing system.
