With the rapid development of Chinese economy, market competition nowadaysfocuses on the aspect of sales in which sales channel plays an important part. It hasbecome a commonly-concerned issue for the circles of business and theory in terms ofhow to better sales channels and improve its quantity and quality to strengthen themarket competition. On the basis of the branch company of Mettler in Changsha, thepaper, in detail, discusses the ways to enhance the sales channels, implementation andthe solutions for guarantee. It, on the one hand, provides theoretical support for thechannel management, on the other hand, constructs other similar companies on themanagement practice.At first, the paper concludes on the correlated theory and literature of saleschannel management and analyzes the current condition of the sales channel of thebranch company of Mettler in Changsha. Then, it mainly gives the analysis to theproblems as for structure, scale, quality, management mode and so on, meanwhile, itmakes an improvement and provides efficient proposals to the sales channelmanagement. A series of solutions and suggestions are also proposed, including theimprovement of management mode﹑channel process and the framework of salesstructure, etc. At last, relevant guarantee solutions are confirmed as to support andprotect the improvement of sales channel management from the aspects of appropriateencouragement, cultivation of agents and loyalty, etc.According to the related theory the current condition of of the branch companyof Mettler in Changsha, the sales channel management has been promoted, thesystematic management has been proposed and the correlative security solutions hasalso been provided which will be gradually carried out in the management activities inChangsha. As a result, it will promotes the level of the sales channel, and thedevelopment of the whole transaction to a greater extent.
