Research For Implement The Project Of Internet Remote Service

Currently, the competition between internet operators is very fierce in China. The price haskept decreasing, at the same time the maintenance costs are getting higher. The operators are face toa big problem now. The operators need changes. China has already joined WTO from2011. Themarket will be gradually opened to the world, and the foreign operators will not give up the hugemarket. In short, the operators have to improve service, decrease costs, and improvecompetitiveness.The thesis is about the project of internet remote service, which can provide internet users withfast and professional services by technology of internet communication. This project can solvebroadband faults quickly and decrease the pressure of repairing and maintenance cost, make thebusiness developing healthily. In addition, enterprises will increase income from internetvalue-added services, increase brand influence by different after-sale services, and improve thesatisfaction from users. The thesis summarizes the currently research results and applications of theproject firstly. Then the thesis analyses feasibility, service content and plan of implementation,research about management of service quality and effectiveness. At last research about someimportant problems during the implementation of the project like human resource management,control the schedule, etc. In the process of carrying out the project, a series of methods relating toproject management are applied so as to ensure the progress of the projects，the correctness ofachievements, and make sure the project implement smoothly, produce effect and benefit what theoperators want.
