On 1st, January 2010, the Sate Council issue A NUMBER OF SUGGESTION ON HOW TO PROMOTE THE CONSTRUCTION OF HAINAN INTERNATIONAL TOURISM ISLAND. From then on, the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island went in the right direction.Together with the pace of international tourism island, the real estate which was broken up in the 1990s prospers renewably. The houses are purchased by the customers and investors who come from China even all over the world. As a result, the 80% of commercial residential building in Hainan is purchased by the customer who is not local people, and is used for enjoying holiday, investment, retirement or long-term housing. The housing which is purchased by customers off Hainan, more than 75% is for enjoying holiday, investment and enjoying retirement, that is to say, in the Autumn and Winter, these housing are full, in Spring and Summer, they are empty. So, these housing Vacancy Rates is very high. Because the climate in Hainan is wet, moist and rainy, the maintaining of furniture, domestic appliance which belongs to these housing is taken by estate Management Company. But, for the moment, the service of estate Management Company cannot meet the needs of the customer who is not local people.As to remote estates, customers are not familiar with the Hainan Island's environment, geography, consumption level and so on. They cannot get the corresponding security and comprehensive information during their living in Hainan. Parts of the elderly customers or customer's parents come to enjoy their old age in winter. While they are far away from the guardian, they cannot be taken good care in time. At the same time, the current medical facilities and condition is far from behind of that in Inland. This is also one of the worries whether customers will send their parents to Hainan or not.At present, the after sale service of the real state in Hainan Island is still supported by property management companies. The remote estates service required by the above customers is far beyond the service category of our property management companies. Under this special home business environment, customers' requirement to the after sale service of the remote estates increase day by day. This makes obvious comparison with that customer service system develops slowly or just missing of each developer in Hainan Island.How to satisfy customers' increasing demand for services has become a standard to evaluate high quality developers. As the development of Hainan Island tourism, set up one complete human-based customer service system has been one of the Island Strategies at the moment.
