With economic globalization and the development in demand, enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressures. How to reduce the costs, response to market demand efficiently and quickly are some problems which must be promptly solved. The reasonable arrangements for production process with production line,could maximize the utilization of production resource and rationalize the production process,in order to improve production efficiency and reduce the costs.With the development of modern computer technology and optimization algorithm,there are many researchs on production line balancing problem,and the technology has been widely used. According to the statistics,nearly80%of the complex manufacturing systems which are in used now couldn’t meet the design requirements.The fact has an effect on the productivity or capacity of production line. This paper is to make the production line balanced in the background of the mode of production organization of Liyang A Enterprise and specific to the civilian product and specialty car.Based on the research and data acquisition in Liyang A Enterprise,first this paper studies the production management status and find the main problems.And then simulation model is established by Witness. This model reflects the situation of production line detailed.On the basis of the simulation model, bottlenecks in production are identified. For the problems identified, comprehensive theory of TOC and DBR,the production process are adjust. After the implementation of the program,the capacity increased by17%mostly.Though, in this article, the production of Liyang A Enterprise is studied only, while it can be delivered to production of other enterprises. It makes important contributions to enhance the production line management level.
