Along with the rapid development of china’s economy and more and more economic entities appear. The scale of companies have been expanded and inter-enterprise competition has been more intense. So single companies have formed a group to improve the competitiveness and viability. With rapid expansion of the scale and increasing number, group enterprise of China are facing fierce market competition, which will bring great challenges to the management of group enterprises. Therefore, it is important for us to study the group enterprises. The characteristics of group enterprise are that they have a large scale and many subsidiaries with complex management and irrelevant business. So that it is the key to make full of advantages of management.Otherwise it will not achieve the advantages of group effect, but will result in waste of resources of the group. It is very meaningful to design a reasonable control mode to manage the subsidiaries well and make the efficient allocation of resources come true. This paper take CMC Group as a case to explore a reasonable management and control mode for CMC Group to improve it by analyzing the development of CMC Group and its Management issues.
