Enterprise Informatization refers to the effective use of information technology and information resources to make comprehensive reform on the production operation for the purpose of reducing production cost to improve enterprises’ economic benefits. However, many enterprises fail at last despite of consuming a lot of resources. It is found that the reason lies in that many companies have not made a thorough study on the risk management in the project implementation process. They have not successfully controlled the risk factors occurred in the implementation process, which results in the failure of the whole project. Therefore, how to improve the success rate of project implementation and how to reduce the risk of implementation have become the main content of the research of project implementation management.This paper takes the project implementation in JL Company as the research subject. Through the sorting of risks in the entire process of project implementation, the risk that should be paid attention to in the project implementation and the corresponding risk management method are determined with reference to the scientific theoretical method of project implementation management.
