The Study On Project Risk Management Of Informatization Of YZ Group

In 2014, YZ Group invested 32000000 RMB to implement the "YZ group informatization project", integrated linkage advantage through information resources comprehensive building "digital enterprise".The paper discusses the project risk management of informatization of YZ Group, divides the risk of the project into different categories, respectively indentifies and demonstrates the risk of the project, constructs the risk evaluation index system, determines the index weight of risk of the project using the analytic hierarchy process, evaluates the risk management level with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the project risk management.In this paper, the main conclusions are:(1) The risk of YZ group informationization project mainly has five categories of 12 items. (2) The risk level of YZ group informationization project is assessed as "relatively high", which means there is still room for improvement. (3) The paper orders the risk of YZ group informationization project. (4) The paper gives out the key points, strategy and suggestions of risk management of YZ group informationization project.
