Because of the intense market competition, Jiangsu Post gradually strengthened the supply chain management attention. In the era of e-commerce, Jiangsu Post must be in the face of such a problem:how to effectively improve the supply chain management efficiency and benefit, the post such a one hundred years old shops in new e-commerce environment of supply chain management has competitive advantage?Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories and research situation at home and abroad, According to the actual development of Jiangsu Post,Design Jiangsu Post E-commerce supply chain performance evaluation system, through the performance evaluation analysis, pointed out that the Jiangsu Post E-commerce supply chain management exists a lot of problems.such as supply chain awareness is not strong, core competition ability is weaker, partners cooperation ability, information technology is weak, there exists bullwhip effect.Through the study of this paper to electronic commerce and the postal enterprises focus on the effective combination of supply chain management, so that the postal enterprises more effective implementation supply chain management. And so as to improve the electronic commerce environment of supply chain management study economic value, and promote the information economy in Jiangsu post scientific development provides the theory and the practice basis.
