Nowadays, it’s hard for companies to develop through monopolized competitive advantages, which is gained by a closed innovation system, this kind of development model can’t guarantee sustainable development. From the perspective of worldwide, the open innovation is becoming a new development model for companies who is try to make breakthroughs in their field. For example, Procter&Gamble developed the "Connect and develop" model, to form the innovative assets for Procter&Gamble through its websites, connecting and developing the outside resources, which saved Procter&Gamble from the innovative puzzledom.IBM invite its employees and the clients to participate in the Innovation Jam, to explore more innovative ideas and business plans, that’s how the smarter planet comes from. These practice changed the technology development model for many years,other companies started to explore how to commercialize their technology across industries. The open innovation not only provides the new opportunity for the big companies, but also provides a new path for the private enterprise which is lack of resources. In this article, through the case study, I explored the particular innovation process in the content of Chinese environment, try to establish a analysis framework to make the innovative process more clearer, these all based on the theory home and abroad, which to make the analyzing process more reasonable and feasible.This article emphasized the particular innovative process of DaLian GuangYang. The creative points is combining the inner organizational slack and outer social capital together to explore the process of open innovation for the company. First, in the introduction part, I bring up the research question and made the theorized and practical value clear, I also emphasized the importance of choosing the right cases and summarized the research framework. And then in the literature review part, through the summary of the literature home and aboard, I found the development trend and gave a commentary on the related literature. Besides, in the research design part, after choosing the right research method and case, I started the process of collecting and arranging the data, through this process, I developed the initial research framework of the open innovation development model, then I tried to analyze the case of DaLian GuangYang, and make the process more visual, and found the framework formed before is reasonable and feasible. In the end, I gave the conclusion and made a complementary about the research limitations and future research direction.
