With gradually progress in economic reforms of the market system and the support of the state policy, non-profit organizations in China have developed rapidly, it plays more and more important roles in national economy and social lives. But due to the planned and administrative characteristic of China’s non-profit organization, the reduction of government finance support and folk donation, the disadvantages of organizational operating mode are emerging. In response to the reality of resources scarcity, non-profit organizations have to probe new economy resource by the way of market mechanism. However, China’s non-profit organizations is still in the beginning stages, how to achieve better development is a problem. The scholars are trying their best to solve these problems. For years, the research of entrepreneurial orientation has become the core concept of corporate entrepreneurship, with the deepening of research, the research of dimensionalities of entrepreneurial orientation also has aroused wide concern, and researchers have proved that entrepreneurial orientation is positively with organizational performance. However, the research about entrepreneurial orientation is limited to the field of corporate entrepreneurship. Through the research of the effect of the non-profit organization’s entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance, this paper aims to expand the research field of entrepreneurial orientation, expect to offer some guidance to promote the healthy growth of non-profit organization.Firstly, this paper mainly uses the literature review method to know about the relevant research results, and poses some hypotheses. Secondly, based on some overviews of former studies, we designed a survey questionnaire, and data was collected by distributing questionnaires and collect the questionnaire. Lastly, through analyzing the data by statistical software, we research the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance by empirical analysis, and verify the hypotheses. The conclusion of this paper is following:(1) Innovativeness, proactiveness,competitive aggressiveness and risk-taking of non-profit organization is positively with organizational performance, but the relationship between autonomy and organizational performance is not statistically significant.(2)The relationship between innovativeness, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness and organizational performance is moderated by environmental dynamism, but the regulating effect of environmental dynamism between risk-taking and organizational performance is not statistically significant.
