With the process of globalization in the world today, china’s economy isbooming, and enters a critical period of economic transformation. Facing with manyuncertain factors such as socio-political and economic environment, internal andexternal environment in the business, enterprises have to maintain a sustainablecompetitive advantage in the industry, in order to identify opportunities or threatsdecisively and respond to this rapidly. The entrepreneur should have a keen sense ofopportunities and threats evolved by the changes in the external environment. Theyhave to seize the fleeting opportunity to explore new markets and develop newproducts. It is the only way for the business to make profit. Therefore, the study onentrepreneurial management is increasingly concerned with the formation ofentrepreneurial orientation and its influencing factors such as organizationalimprovisation studies.Researching on the organizational improvisation ability in the field ofmanagement science is an emerging research topic. The organizationalimprovisation conceptual framework and empirical research is not very rich.Especially it is not clear how organizational improvisation ability affects theentrepreneurial orientation, which is the starting point for the thesis. The author collects data from business managers in the form of questionnaires.230questionnaires have been distributed in the form of E-MAIL and staffinterviews, among which162questionnaires are recovered. The author has received130valid questionnaires to test the model and the following assumptions throughempirical analysis:1. Sorting out the basic theory of organizational improvisation andEntrepreneurial Orientation by the research and discussion of the relevant literature, and then sorting out the relationship between the two concepts. Proposing and demonstrating the assumptions: Organizational spontaneity and creativity, as twodimensions of organizational improvisation, have a positive impact onentrepreneurial orientation.2. The business should deal with the problem of dynamic external environmentarising from the market and customer in the current transformation of the ChineseEconomy. From this perspective, this thesis attempts to introduce environmentaldynamism as an adjustment variable, testing the hypothesis through empiricalanalysis. The results show that environmental dynamism tends to strengthen thepositive relationship between organizational creativity and entrepreneurialorientation.3. Internal and external environment of different industries are very different.High-tech industries is more dynamic compared with traditional manufacturingenterprises, leading to the higher demands of innovation and entrepreneurialcapacity. The author proposes and demonstrates the last hypothesis based on this:Organization improvisation affecting entrepreneurial orientation is more obvious inthe high-tech industry compared with other industries.
