| Based on the perspective of entrepreneur growth theory, this paper focuses on the topic of university entrepreneurship education, with assumptions as follows:(a) Entrepreneurs are the results of complex interaction of personal traits, environment and behavior, among which the factor of personal traits is the precondition.(b) Entrepreneurship education can’t culture everyone into an entrepreneur, and it should aim at the students with entrepreneur traits.(c) The students don’t know whether they have ability to be entrepreneurs, and they can learn more about their own entrepreneur ability through entrepreneurship education.On the basis of literature review, this paper clearly defined "entrepreneur", divided into three types:Schumpeter-type entrepreneurs, internal entrepreneurs, manage-type entrepreneurs. Based on the theory of entrepreneur growth, the author of the paper got the conclusion that entrepreneurs are the comprehensive results of innate talent and the environment, and they are the results of complex interaction of personal traits, environment and behavior, among which the factor of personal traits is the precondition.On the basis of the above, the author established a microscopic model of entrepreneur growth, analyzing what kind of people would have the possibility to grow into entrepreneurs and their entrepreneur level, and concluded that not everyone can grow into entrepreneurs. Individuals first need to have certain entrepreneur talent, at the meantime, own the strong desire to grow and strong learning ability, thus they can have the conditions to grow into an entrepreneur can promote entrepreneur level.And then the author started to think whether the university entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities can cultivate quasi-entrepreneurs and achieve the growth of entrepreneurs at present. In the fourth part, the author sorted out and analyzed the entrepreneurship education mode in China, and pointed out one of the goals for entrepreneurship education should be to help the students learn about themselves more that if they are suit for entrepreneurship. Then the paper constructed the mathematical model to show how entrepreneurship education conveys the signals to the students so as to make them learn more about their own entrepreneur ability. At last but not least, the author of the paper proposed suggestion of an effective entrepreneurship education mode and made a try to put forward the preliminary methods and tools of evaluating entrepreneurship education effects. |
