Study Of Evaluation System Of Entrepreneur Ability Based On The Growth Of New Enterprises

Since the 90th ,the global word enter into the business boom. Compared with the mature companies,the new enterprises themselves own lots of disadvantages,which make the success rate of the new enterprises not high .Entrepreneur ability is the key factor to the growth of new enterprises,more and more studies focus on the entrepreneur ability research。The enterprise endogenous growth theory represented by Penrose and the ability theory indicate us that the entrepreneur ability is the source of core competitiveness of enterprises. Entrepreneur ability plays a dual role for enterprise growth。On the one hand entrepreneur directly effects the performance of the enterprise through his own comprehensive ability .On the other hand,the entrepreneur indirectly promotes enterprise growth by fostering organizational capacity,which is proved through empirical test by other researchers。However ,most of enterprise growth theory studies the mature companies,and entrepreneur ability is studied mostly within the framework of the mature companies'functional management .In this article,we make a research of entrepreneur ability from the process of enterprise growth,which is more realistic. Through organizing the literature of entrepreneur ability,we identify six ability factors and the related indicators. The six entrepreneur ability factors are opportunity ability,relations ability,management ability,promising ability,learning ability and innovated ability.Firstly,we review the literature about entrepreneur ability theory and enterprise growth theory,and define the concept of entrepreneur and entrepreneur ability. Secondly,we analyze the characteristics of the new enterprise and the entrepreneur ability mechanism of enterprise growth,establish a system of entrepreneur ability of the new enterprise. In this article,we use AHP to determine the weight of entrepreneur ability,and use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the evaluation system of entrepreneur. Meanwhile,we select WUXI JUZHONG education company as a case study ,in order to establish a set of new enterprise's entrepreneur ability system. Entrepreneurship is oriented by opportunity,and opportunity ability is a unique ability of entrepreneur of new enterprise,the promising ability is the power of operating an enterprise permanently. The two unique ability is relevant to the characteristics of the new enterprise,and makes great contribution to the growth of the new enterprise. This is different from the mature companies which needs different entrepreneur ability.
