Research On Chinese Liquor Industry Using Patent Information

The food industry is the key industries in China’s light industry, liquor industry is the key industries in the food industry and its social production could also contribute to the development of related industries, and promote the business thriving, abundant market supply, stimulate economic consumption. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up constantly improve the level of national consumption, liquor consumption market the growing cross-border alcohol group has begun to enter the Chinese market, in response to the pressure of market competition to create the Chinese liquor brand, local government and the Chinese liquor companies should focus on distilled liquor field of technological innovation, region industrial layout and industry competitors. Analysis of the patent status of the distillation of wine, a better understanding of domestic and foreign technology development trends and developments, to learn advanced technology research and application of the results to further promote China’s white-wine-related areas of technology innovation and intellectual property protection has an important significance.In this study, the liquor big province of Sichuan, for example, distilled liquor patent information based on distilled liquor at home and abroad patent search and patent search of Sichuan liquor industry analysis, region analysis, competitor analysis, patented technology analysis, the appearance of patent analysis to study Chinese liquor industry and liquor industry in Sichuan Province, the applicant for a patent for the distribution of the status of the technology sector, competitor status, and the core of the state of technology, thus in-depth study on the patent status of the Sichuan liquor industry and the main problems, which put forward suggestions for the government develop relevant policies and measures to provide a reference.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Chinese liquor industry patent information use is not enough, the public service of the government patent information needs to be strengthened;(2) Chinese liquor companies in the technology innovation and industrialization of uneven development, the small core patented technology;(3) Chinese liquor industry patent ability to use to be improved. Based on the above findings, the paper proposes the following policy recommendations:(1) to strengthen the liquor industry, patent information services;(2) the use of patent information to strengthen the liquor industry focus on technological innovation in the field;(3) The ability to improve the liquor industry to use the patent system.
