Establishment And Application On Evaluation System For China Post Group Routes Operation

With the strengthening of the trend on global economic integration, the ties between China’s economy and the world economy are close increasingly. More and More foreign companies try to enter the China market, as while, the entry of these companies and the rapid development of our local companies, not only bring enormous development opportunities, but also will give great challenges to our logistics industry.So under this environment, as a state-owned logistics company, China Post Group try to find its advantages and disadvantages, and look for the routine which is suitable for the development of state-owned logistics enterprises, so that promote the establishment of an effective management mechanism, to truly improve the company competitiveness in the whole industry.Right now some domestic and international logistics companies have already conducted a performance evaluation and analyzed the evaluation on the routes operation. Although they have more studies on performance evaluation so that already form theoretical basis and reference content, which are not established on routes operation because of less studies.However, China Post Group still regards production as its key competitiveness, which cannot meet the requirement from Government on "Changing patterns of development, greatly improve technology of the traditional industries, and improve the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of traditional industries.", also unable to adapt to the competitive environment. Therefore, China Post Group is under critical period on restructuring and establishment the modern enterprise system, it is necessary to build up one comprehensive, easy operational theory for the group’s core competencies-management of routine operation.Based on this situation, the paper will study the routes operation evaluation on the China Post Group, analyze the existing problems and the urgency of establishing the evaluation system, as while combine with the evaluation and management of domestic and international logistics enterprise on routine operation, to analyze the needs, difficulties and points on establishing China Post routine operation evaluation system. Use comprehensive evaluation method, combining the characteristics of China Post Group, to build evaluation index system and reasonable evaluation method, and finally elaborate the expectations and rationality on routine operation evaluation under information technology.The findings in this paper is expected to provide the theoretical basis of the postal routes operation evaluation and the reference value of general logistics enterprise network operation evaluation.
