Insurance is one of the three mainstay industries of the financial industry, and also plays an important role in the financial sector. We can figure out the importance of insurance industry as it is called the voltage stabilizer of the financial sector. Since reform and opening-up, Chinese economy and financial industry have made magnificent progress, especially since China restored the domestic insurance service from1980, insurance industry has been developing at unprecedented speed and made amazing achievement. All the insurance companies keep increasing the input of manpower, material resources and financial resources to expand the business scale. In this situation, we cannot ignore the efforts made by a group people-the insurance agents. The main systems of the insurance agents are agency sales and employee sales. Because of the particularity and the special effects of insurance, a developed insurance market cannot lack insurance agents. With the development of the domestic insurance service, the insurance sales team forms its own system and standard. The more sales in the team, the more difficult to manage them, and the organization relationship is more complicated as well. The companies began to concern about the difference between the agency sales and employee sales. The identification and contribution make by the two types of sale are different. We can sum up it to one point that there is otherness in their job satisfaction.Job satisfaction usually refers to a psychological state that when a person work in an organization, the optimum feeling that coursed by the job and other related things like environment, condition, manner, pressure, challenging, and human relationship in the job. The discretion of the job satisfaction can not only affect the organization performance, but also influence the stability of talents, and even impact on the path and speed of the employee’s personal career development.This article recognized and analyzed, and found the efficient way to improve their job satisfaction and stimulate their positive attitude to the work. The article also attempted to discuss the development tendency, the proportion and effect of the two systems of insurance agents in the future. The results of the study show that in the sales team, the positive affect coursed by the job satisfaction of employee sales is far more than the job satisfaction of agency sales. On the view of sales, these two labor property can directly affect their behavior and thought.
