| Along with the development of information technology, the competition between insurance enterprises begin to turn to information competition, the information construction level will directly affect the competitive ability of its enterprise. China PingAn insurance Co.LTD Mobile Business Platform projects are just an important action under this situation.PingAn’Mobile Business Platform projects is a pioneering one-stop Mobile Business Platform construction projects, it is constructed by China PingAn Insurance Co.LTD and used by four insurance subsidiary:Ping An Life, Peace Property Insurance, Peace Endowment Insurance and Peace Health Insurance, it is also used by each branch of the subsidiaries, this project started its construction in2008,completed in2010. In order to truly understand the use effect and the problems faced, and to provide effective reference for the decision of Mobile Business Platform upgrades and extension project, we need to evaluate the effects of the project’s construction from the user’s point of view.This article, from the user’s point of view, researches the effects of the project’s construction. On the basis of project construction effect evaluation theory, this article researched the evaluation theory which related to the effects of the project’s construction, overviewed Mobile Business Platform construction projects, analysised the users of Mobile Business Platform and their concerns, discussed the features of the evaluation effects of the project’s construction, established effects evaluation index system of Mobile Business Platform construction projects, constructed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, with the example of the Inner Mongolia branch, and analyses the empirical results. It can provides effective reference for China PingAn insurance Co.LTD" decision of Mobile Business Platform upgrades and extension project, and has guiding significance for other similar projects’evaluation and decision. |
