More and more empirical research shows that, Merger Between enterprises wantachieve the goal——to enhance efficiency both merge enterprise and target enterprisethrough the resource reconfiguration, and achieve synergistic effect by "1+1>2".Thekey lies in the successful integration after the merger. How to implement theintegration effectively has become the major task for management scholars andentrepreneurs.Changhong&Meiling restructuring is a successful case for the association ofenterprise merger and acquisition. This paper takes the process that Changhong&Meiling restructuring as the research object, and analyses the motivation, integrationand conformity pattern for the acquisition,and divides the integration process intothree stage as Transition period integration, Fusion period integration and Stable periodintegration. Each stage provides analysis and summary of the concept, characteristics,task, content and integration level, and the Changhong-Meiling Integration stageModel, moreover, a further analysis of the characteristics and application of the newmodel.This paper conducts the methods including literature research and case study, andbased on the domestic and foreign scholars research results, thorough analyses themotivation, type, integration mode, the features,content and depth of all phases ofintegration, finally forms a new integration stage model. Especially the new model putsforward the matching problem with integration stage and integration level, which is asupplement for M&A Integration Theory, also can be applied in the domesticenterprise in M&A integration.
