In today’s society, economy and industry is increasing so fast. In order to win the competition, the enterprises set about to layoffs, recombination, outsourcing, team building, decentralizing.Thease measures have changed the relationship between the company and employee. Lifelong employ era has ended, and it’s replaced by lifelong employment ability ", this change also brings injury to the employees and their occupation career.This paper overall analyzes the content of the employability, career management and performance, described how employability has a positive impact on job performance through individual career management in the process by an empirical approach.In the process of study, this paper performs reliability and validity analysis, variance analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, structural equation model analysis on the collected data, after demonstrating the overall model and sub-model of employability, individual career management and job performance, which comes to the following conclusions:1, employability has a positive impact on individual career management, playing a certain role of promotion;2, employability has a significant indirect effect through individual career management on job performance;3, employability has a significant positive impact on job performance. Finally, the article also discusses how to build and upgrade employability, as well as how to stimulate and guide individual career management.This paper not only builds the overall model of the overall relationship among the three variables, but also makes the study of the internal dimensions between the sub-model, interpreting the internal mechanism of the deep impact on the overall relationship. Discussion about how to build and upgrad employability, and how to stimulate and guide the individual career management discuss have an important practical significance.
