Research On Processing Reengineering Of The Airport Business Of Budget Loading Balance Accounts

It has been30years since Enterprise business processing reengineering theory (BPR theory) was proposed. The Chinese and foreign management experts, enterprises managements have spent30years on the research of theory and methods and processing reengineering activities, and they have been still perfecting the BPR theory. Gradually the operating mode has been formed. Since BPR theory was introduced to China, a set of processing reengineering methods, which fit the actual situation of Chinese enterprises have been summarized from the activities of Chinese enterprises as the improving of Chinese enterprises’management level, the establishing of processing management theory.This paper takes the new ideas of process management and the evaluating technology of management efficiency, through the research on BPR theory. Hereby some new thoughts and personal opinions were brought targeting to the analysis and research of budget loading balance accounts of H international airport and using BPR theory to reengineering to the mentioned business.1、Combining the budget loading balance accounts business and actual capacity business, ensuring budget balance accounts data and actual capacity completely fit, improving the operating efficiency and loading rate and finally achieving the "macro loading" operating theory.2、Processing reengineering relies on the support of organization and information system. Sound organization and advanced information system could improve the possibility of success of BPR project.3、Chinese enterprises must incorporate and Chinese national situation and the actual situation of the enterprises to apply BPR projects. This is the basis to successively apply BPR.In the theory level, this paper summarizes the success facts and implementing methods of processing reengineering of airport budget balance accounts business; in the technology level, the paper introduces the case analysis, project designing, project implementing, result valuation and continuing improving methods of H international airport’ processing reengineering of budget loading balance accounts. It is expected that the paper could be used for reference to the budget loading balance accounts business processing reengineering of other international airports.
