In recent years, with the rapid development of economy technology and logistics industry, the traditional modes of transportation face unprecedented challenges. As a new third profit source, all enterprise hope to save cost in logistics field, compression spending, discover new profit point, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting enterprise profits. Well-known, transportation is one of the biggest parts in logistics system, while loading goods is an important link of goods transport process. Today's freight market divides into the vehicle and breakbulk sending, mainly the less-than-one carload transport, so how to organize and arrange less-than-carload lot loading is a problem to be solved. If a reasonable solution can be given to improve the van carrying space utilization under trucks carrying tonnage, thereby reducing the logistics total cost, enhancing enterprise's market competitiveness. This will bring huge economic benefits to many fields.There are so many ways to solve the problem, typically, a multi-objective programming, genetic algorithms, heuristic algorithm, expert system method, etc, but in actual application,some of these have bad flexibility, some operability is bad, some need a longer time, the main one, these methods are all studied in static state, namely working under the known conditions.In this paper, on the basis of some previous research, by combining modern detection technology, computer technology and real-time dynamic freight data, the optimization methods of highway freight stations is studied. If an effective method can be put forward to alter the existing methods under quiescent condition, achieving to make the make transportation information service to form the scale operation, optimize the selection, dispatch vehicles and information sharing, and greatly reduce the total freight costs, make effective management possible.
