Managing consultation industry is a highly knowledge-based service industry. Its keycapital is human resources. In China, the development of managing consultation industry islimited by disadvantages of human resources. For instance, employees from managingconsultation industry can not clearly recognize their responsibility, and then there are bigdifferences in service qualities inside this industry. Moreover, the employees did not enjoytheir certain social status, etc. The research on factors which affect employees’ servicequalities in managing consultation industry is absolutely important since these employees areall highly knowledge-based workers who need to be treated differently on training andencouraging. This paper is written on internal marketing which shows a close relationshipwith service industry, and then the author presents the relationship between internal marketingcombination and satisfaction level of employees from managing consultation industry.Besides, the author points out the relationship between organizational commitment ofemployees from managing consultation industry and internal marketing combination.Furthermore, the author does a meticulous classification on internal market of employeesfrom managing consultation industry by personality theory on knowledge workers (type A andB), explores different effects by internal marketing consultation for various personalities ofemployees from managing consultation industry. Finally, the author gives some consultativeopinions for managing consultation enterprises in the future.In this paper, the author shows the employees’ satisfaction level and organizationalcommitment condition after managing consultation enterprises did internal marketing to theiremployees by questionnaire survey. Then the author does a meticulous classification oninternal market of employees from managing consultation industry by personality theory onknowledge workers (type A and B), explores difference effects by internal marketingconsultation for various personalities of employees. Moreover, the author gives a researchoutline and a regression equation according to the previous references and wants to come upwith research results by exploring that research outline and regression equation.The author uses factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods todeal with related statistics, then makes a combination with the research outline and regressionequation. And the conclusion is following. Firstly, after analyzing overall data with factoranalysis methods, it’s showed that there are four factors can be distilled which is conformed to4P in the internal marketing. Secondly, the author comes up with the regression equationmodulus and finds out that different factors for internal marketing consultation have differenteffects on employees’ satisfaction level. Internal sales promotion has a more obviously effect on employees’ satisfaction level. Thirdly, variable governing should be added to internalmarketing. The author points out that various personality of employees will be affecteddifferently by internal marketing consultation. For instance, there are differences betweenknowledge workers type A and B. Fourthly, the internal marketing consultation can affectemployees’ satisfaction level and employees’ organizational commitment at the same time,but can not indirectly affect employees’ organizational commitment by influencingemployees’ satisfaction level. Fifthly, there are relations between employees’ educationalbackground and their satisfaction level.Finally, the author gives some suggestions on internal marketing activities forenterprises.
