In recent years, our country enterprise continuous introduction of advanced western management philosophy. Management level of enterprises has been greatly improved. The enterprise organizational model compared to the past has greatly improved. More and more enterprises begin to use the learning type organization mode. Learning type organization with its inherent advantages such as flat hierarchical structure, common learning atmosphere, family and career balance, independent management mode. These advantages for the development of enterprises brought inexhaustible source. Although the learning organization has been studied thoroughly, but about learning type organization performance evaluation research is few. In this paper, by selecting China Shenhua Railway Freight Transport Branch this furniture has typical learning organization model, by using the method of combining theory with practice focuses on the following aspects. Firstly, introduces the research methods and ideas, related domestic and foreign literatures in terms of theory, which is the basic frame, tamp the foundation. This is followed by an overview of the learning organization and performance evaluation of relevant theory, introduced the concept of the learning organization, characteristics, and analyzes the performance evaluation content as well as the commonly used methods of performance evaluation. The third chapter analyses learning organization performance evaluation on theoretical, analysis of the learning type organization in the performance assessment problems and reasons. The fourth chapter proposed China Shenhua Railway Freight Transport Branch corporation performance evaluation system establishment strategy. The article finally has carried on the summary, and the learning organization performance evaluation in the future is prospected.
