Study On Improvement Of The Internal Logistics Managementin Enterprise J1

The in-company logistics management is the important component in machinery manufacturing enterprise management. Under the background of economic globalization and China which becomes a world manufacturing plant, china manufacturing industry is rapidly developing, manufacturing capacity continuously rises, the requirement of in-company logistics management come in increasing numbers. There is herein an increasingly prominent contradiction with original logistics management level and storage capacity. This thesis gives the application of modern management theory, a comprehensive analysis of the status of in-company logistics management based on the in-company logistics optimization of a large macinery enterprise and put forward specific, highly operative improvement scheme, and design of the in-company logitics system and the corresponding organization reengineering program.Through the classification of the in-company logistics management-related theory, writer overviewed domestic and foreign development process and actuality of in-company logistics management theory, determined the in-company logistics managemnent-related theory. By Applying of systems analysis and process optimization tools, writer deeply studied in-company logistics system from the aspects of organizational structure, functions, rocesses and etc. From the view of in-company storage, the writer found that the following problems happen for the in-company logistics:(1) too much product storage inventories;(2) too much goods in process and half-finished products;(3) storage capacity far and away can not satisfy productivity improvement for the requirement to logistics storage, so this makes an negative effect on production. The deep-seated reasons are:(1) production planning;(2) process flow and production organization issues;(3) equipment maintenance issues. These issues make the jam of in-company logistics, and product output is limited.To achieve improvement target, this thesis designed the general framework of in-company logistics management improvement plan, and gave the contents and steps of the improvement plan from the aspects of production planning, process flow and production organization, equipment management and general support, importantly researched the improvement measures of MPS, MRP, CRP, process flow and etc. To smoothly implement the proposal and ensure the effect, this thesis further studies the supporting measures for the improved proposal from the aspects of importing advanced management idea,adjusting organization structure, enhancing information technology application, pushing5S field management, and etc.At present, the domestic enterprises in machinery industry are numerous and improved their capacity quickly and are urgently demand the continuous improvement of logistics management and planning management. This thesis not only has an important promoting role for raising the level of logistics management, production planning management and improving the production performancde for J1enterprises, but also has reference significance for the similar enterprises in machinery industry.
