Process Optimization And Information Transformation Applied Research Of Certification And Accreditation Laboratory Sample Flow Management

In the thesis, the author according to his work of sample management experience at a s provincial quality hospital. The author finished this thesis with his knowledge of process management. Paper is divided into seven chapters, with the theoretical basis of process management theory, laboratory sample management, aims to identify the main problems in the s provincial quality hospital laboratory of sample management process with management process, and analyzed the causes of the problem, then made some methods to improve sample management workflow.The first chapter,"Introduction," which first taked about the background and significance of the thesis. The second chapter introduced some theoretical basis of this thesis used. The third chapter represented the status of s provincial quality hospital laboratory of sample management and the main problems. Chapter Ⅳ used management theory to analyze the laboratory sample management problems. Chapter Ⅴ based on the introduction of advanced laboratory information management system, from the main problems in specific work practice,made some strategies for the major impact test business processes which affect sample management much, and developed improvement measures. Chapter Ⅵ validate comparison of before and after the effect of sample workflow management process optimization. Chapter Ⅶ to make a summary discussion of the full text.
