The transformation of the enterprise development strategy is a configuration of the factors of production. Transformation is of decisive significance for the future development of enterprises. Shandong Guohua inception of the company mainly engaged in the real estate and property management, after five years of development, we have accumulated a certain amount of resources and capabilities. With the development of enterprises and the market environment changes, the original business can not meet the need for sustainable development, and to consider the strategic transformation of the company. This study on the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign enterprises strategic transformation of the Company’s internal and external influence factors SWOT analysis, design transformation of alternative strategies, and make a selection, the final implementation of the strategy in transition safeguards. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the future development strategy of Shandong Guohua from a new perspective.This research first reviewed and combined the strategic transformation theory. Dynamic mechanism, strategic transformation of the mode and means of further discussion on the basis of the theoretical study of the strategic transformation of the theory of corporate strategic transformation, a systematic exposition of the meaning of corporate strategic transformation, conditions, strategic transformation, strategic transformation the timing and path selection theory.Shandong Guohua development of the company’s current situation and external environment were analyzed. Based on SWOT analysis, the alternative transformation strategies were designed and the transforming strategy was chosen. Combined with the company’s internal conditions and the external environment, the study suggests that in ST, SO, WT, WO four strategic, Shandong Guohua should choose the ST strategy, that diversification moderate, with the advantage of its own funds and the parent company ability and experience in the field of wind power business, to overcome the difficulty of the current development of wind power, the advantage in the competition, and at the same time can reduce the uncertainty of the real estate industry threat.Finally, the article proposed safeguards Shandong Guohua transformation strategy implementation. For how to implement effective enterprise management, protection and promotion of wind power, real estate, and property of each field of the good development momentum, this study in terms of organizational structure, human resources, project management, financial support and risk control proposed transformation strategy implementation of safeguards.
