With the economic and social progress and development, the competition betweenthe enterprises is intense with each passing day, strengthens human resources training,improves staff quality, and has become the strategic requirement of enterprisedevelopment. However, due to China’s enterprises for training evaluation understandinginsufficiency, and the lack of effective assessment tools, lead to training evaluationwork is far behind the training of research and development. Effect evaluation oftraining is the training test and feedback, is the enterprise training system is animportant link, should be business circles and academic circles pay more attention to.Based on the evaluation of the training effect of the research situation at home andabroad are analyzed and discussed, and the redefinition of training and training effectdefinition. And then to Kirk Patrick four level model, comparative analysis of thereaction layer, layer and behavior layer and learning result layer their features andlimitations of the results, layer evaluation value and advantage. Accordingly, accordingto the actual situation of Z Company, constructed for our private iron and steelenterprise training effectiveness evaluation index system of the layer, and the indexselection, weight distribution, identification and comprehensive evaluation is studied indetail. Among them, this paper focuses on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method of the theoretical basis and practical application, andwith Z Company training effect evaluation of combined, summarized the practicalevaluation procedure and method.Finally, this article through to the Z Corporation training results layercomprehensive evaluation and analysis, find out the influence of the private iron andsteel enterprise training effect factors and problems, and put forward relevantcountermeasures and suggestions, in order to improve and perfect the enterprise trainingsystem, improve the quality of the staff of the ultimate goal. In this paper, the process ofresearch and content for other private enterprises to improve the effect of trainingpractice has certain enlightenment and draw lessons from a meaning.
