Study On Performance Evaluation Of Z&F Grinding Wheel Enterprises Based On SD-BSC

Enterprise performance evaluation has been seen as an effective monitor way andimportant management tool to implement strategic plans. However, the current studiesstill evaluated results statically, only could reflect operating results of the previous stage,lacked the evaluation of dynamic process and trend projections, couldn’t achievereal-time control and play the guiding role. The paper introduced dynamic idea toabrasives enterprise performance managemet, combined outcome evaluation anddynamic process evaluation, established a performance evaluation system which canguide enterprises to improve performance and feedback and control enterprise activitiesin time, in order to overcome performance evalutation system flaw and improveenterprise performance. Aimed to maintain market competitiveness and long-termdevelopment.On the basis of the outcome about enterprises performance evaluation in thedomestic and abroad, this paper studied performance evaluation system which combineddynamic and static, and Shenyang Z&F Grinding Wheel was taken as a research object.First of all, utilizing PESTEL, Five Forces Model and SWOT to analyze company’sinternal and external environment, then established key performance indicators systembased on BSC; Secondly, analyzed the causal relationship among theindicators,established dynamic performance evaluation model by using the systemdynamics method; Thirdly, evaluated enterprises performance using AHP and GRAmethod, evaluated enterprises performance trend by using model to help managersunderstand the performance status and performance indicators changes; Finally, putforward specific measures to enhance performance of Z&F Grinding Wheel Enterprises,which can provide useful experience for managers of other industries when theyevaluate performance.
