In recent years, Xi’an economy made a rapid development, as a national High-tech zone of the State Council’s first approved for construction. Along with rapid development of High-tech zone, a city’s infrastructure, planning pattern, economic model and the life style etc drag greatly behind modern city’s operational requirements and unsuit to modern society obviously. At the same time, land supply becomes the main restriction factors to confining High-tech’s attracting investment from overseas and industry development, because of catering for required land in development, so that land expropriation and demolition became more and more strenuous. Because some contradictory appear inevitably, just like management committee and peasants, developers and peasants, management and developers in the course of land expropriation and demolition, so that some unnecessary society problems will be brought if we don’t establish and carry out policies and measures scientifically of land expropriation and demolition to take shape a reasonable and effective demolition pattern, to coordinate benefit relationship between interest bodies, above which it’s unfavorable to healthy and harmonious development of High-tech zone. So my thesis research to High-tech’s land expropriation and demolition detailed pattern in draw lessons from practice and experience about the establishment and implementation in domestic and foreign’s land demolition’s policies and regulations; analyse to available land demolition pattern, implementation and existing problems, to summarize reasons. Finally, my thesis raise some cognition and imagination about policy trend and pattern choice of land demolition in High-tech. I hope that this thesis can help for some problems in land demolition and transform of High-tech zone and other cities.
