Ecology crisis is worse in our country. The study of ecology safe is the front topic on the sustainable use of cultivated land currently. But the study of cultivated land ecology safe and appraisal doesn't truly begin. The study of cultivated land ecology safe nearly also is at the start stage. On the base of land ecological economy theories, this article defines cultivated land ecology safe as an environment in which human being can exist and the develop, and the environment is the state of health and equilibrium which cann't be threatened and destroyed. On the foundation of the analyse in cultivated land ecology security mechanism, this paper has established the appraisal target system of cultivated land ecology safe. Using the mathematical model and taking Fengdu as an example, this paper has made cultivated land ecology safe appraisal. This paper includes six parts:Part one is preface, introduces the background to write the article and the significance of study, study process about the subject, and the content and characters of study .It includes the aim and the task.Part two is the theoretic base of the cultivated land ecology safe appraisal, includes ecological footprint theory, human-land relation theory, sustainable development theory and systematics theory.Part three is the study of cultivated land ecological security appraisal in Chongqing Three-Gorges area, introduces the special human-land relation system in Three-Gorges Reservoir area, discusses hidden danger and the mechanism of cultivated land ecology, finally taking Fengdu as an example, establishes the appraisal target system and the appraisal model, examinescultivated land ecology safe in Fengdu.Part four is that the land arrangement is the basic engineering to repair cultivated land ecology. It introduces the land arrangements particularity, the goal, the pattern, the main measures, the benefits, and the environmental effect appraisal.Part five is the ensured system of cultivated land ecology security. It puts forword some countermeasure and suggestion in system safeguard, fund safeguard and science and technology safeguard.Part six is the conclusion and forecast. It summarized the conclusion of this article. And some problems that need to discuss further in the future are put forward in this part.
