Research On Technology Innovation Management Of OM Company

The Financial Crisis in2008, which was caused by American subprime crisis, was a devastating disaster to many countries and regions, therefore many European countries had debt crisis. Under the background of severe economic structure in the world nowadays, the national economy is facing a big challenge, while many of our enterprise are facing a more significant and more complex test.Economic competition among countries is becoming more and more intensified, so the competition and confrontation among enterprise can no longer stay in the price war which would cause a lose-lose result. The blue sea competition mode is taking the place of the red sea competition mode, because technology innovation is the driving force of economic development and the guarantee of the survival and development of enterprise. Enterprises shall figure out how to change the status to create and strongly carry out valuable strategy. Therefore, it is even more important for them to build up their technology innovation system effectively and frequently.Based on related literature, taking the OM Company’s current technology innovation management as a sample, this thesis, on the premise of the importance of technology and management innovation, conducted a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the technology innovation of OM Company with case study method. Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of this research, research status at home and abroad, and then has a systematic review on the analysis method in technology innovation, technology innovation management. Secondly, last, this paper gives some suggestions and solutions to the technology innovation problems and makes a conclusion.The technology innovation organization, talent, system mentioned in this thesis not only presents important references for technology innovation of OM company,but also for other similar companies.
