| 13th Jiangxi provincial Congress of Communist Party of China determined to unswervingly implement the accelerated urbanization development strategy in Jiangxi province. At the end of2011, Urbanization in Jiangxi reached45.7%was at medium acceleration of urbanization. The coming period, growth rate of urbanization in Jiangxi is expected to maintain an average annual growth of1.7%, each year about800,000farmers into urban living and life. One hand, the urbanization has become an important engine and the accelerator of economic and social development of Jiangxi province. The other hand, with the fast forwarding of urbanization, economic restructuring and social transformation stack, various contradictions and problems appeared, not only cut the benefits of urbanization, and brought social, ecological and other new elements of disharmony discord, even affect the realization of economic and social development goals. In this context, it is meaning great to propose and promote harmonious development of urbanization, which can maximize favorable factors of urbanization, furthermore minimizing negative factors.Starts from theory analysis on harmonious development and harmonious urbanization development, this article summarizes the effectiveness,the main problems and the reasons on Jiangxi harmonious urbanization development, draws experience and lessons on harmonious urbanization development from domestic and abroad, while the four countermeasures and suggestions on Jiangxi harmonious urbanization are recommended:first, establishing such strategies of Jiangxi harmonious urbanization as people-oriented development strategy, full development strategy, and coordination development strategy, and sustainable development strategy; Second, building space system of Jiangxi harmonious urbanization development;Third, optimizing promoting strategy of harmonious development of urbanization in Jiangxi; forth, improving features and taste of the harmonious development of urbanization in Jiangxi. |
