With development of the global solar photovoltaic industry, especially the explosivegrowth of the Chinese solar PV market in the past five years, lot of solar energy equipmentmanufacturers got the opportunity. The CC corp. is a family of German solar equipmentmanufacturers who provide silicon cells key production equipments. By virtue of the highquality of its products and leading edge technology, the CC have been maintained annualgrowth rate of the rapid development of more than20%in the past few years. Rely on therapid development of high-growth markets in the enterprise, due to external factors,business owners often only see the benefits of high-speed development of the company,high development to cover up its own existence.From later of2011, the euro zone debt crisis, the end customer focus has slashedsubsidies for solar products; At the same time, due to the excessive development of theChinese market a few years ago capacity far exceeded the current market demand, thedemand for equipment in this area will enter a low ebb in future. In order to solve problemswith current organizational structure and strategy of CC corp., we will go diagnosis for it.At the request of the format, this essay is divided into6chapters. In this paper, theanalysis methods of the SWOT model, FIVE-POWER model, marketing strategy are usedto analyze the actual operating situation of CC corp. At the same time we can figure out theadvantages in the exterior competition. In perspective of development in the future, wemake the strategic and organization structure and layout for CC corp.
