Research On Risk Management System Of High-tech Enterprise Oriented On Managing For The Long Run

The share of the wealth created by the high-tech enterprises in the global economy is increasingly expanded. In developed countries, the high-tech enterprises has become an important driving force to promote the country’s economic growth, and knowledge-based economy has spread to every part of the national economy, but also brought profits to the state. In an uncertain economic environment, especially for high-tech enterprises, improve the ability to respond to changes in the external environment through risk management is undoubtedly the source of sustainable enterprises. The success of many enterprises experience has shown that the risk management of the safety has a significant impact on the operation of high-tech enterprises, stability, development, and improvement of the core competitiveness and sustainable development.In this paper, on the theoretical basis of the analysis for sustainable management of high-tech enterprise risk management, integrated use of literature method, survey method, statistical method, list method, graphic method and general research methods and analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other fuzzy evaluation method to construct a high-tech enterprise risk management system for sustainable. It contains the following five basic elements:risk management information system, risk management system, risk management organization and responsibilities of system, risk management operation mechanism system, risk management rules and regulations system. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method constructs the enterprise risk management system evaluation of five-level evaluation index and21secondary evaluation index, then conducted a comprehensive evaluation of W Company’s risk management system, based on expert scoring draw the respective proportion of the five elements of enterprise risk management system, to draw comprehensive evaluation results, on the basis of the results back, W Company improved risk management suggestions.
