It is well known that the electric power enterprise is a body made up of the different multiple stakeholders. It is indispensible for the sustainable development of the electric power enterprise to get the support of these stakeholders. Their support is the source of the dynamic competitive advantage. If the electric power enterprise wants to get the support of them, the managers have to meet their interest demands and make them satisfied with the enterprise. However, if the managers want to meet their demands, they have to learn about the performance response of their interest demands. That is to say, the managers have to establish a performance appraisal system firstly, and then to indentify the problems and their countermeasures. Based on above, the thesis aim to design a reasonable performance appraisal system to direct the managers to allocate the resources scientifically in order to make the multiple stakeholders satisfied with the enterprise.The research can be concluded the follows. Chapter1indicated the aim and the significance of the research on the performance appraisal system of the electric power enterprise based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders, reviewed the relevant research literature, indicated the theoretic standpoint, and illustrated the research contents and methodology. Chapter2mainly indicated the limitation of the traditional performance appraisal in the electric power enterprise, analyzed the mutual mechanism between the multiple stakeholders and the organizational performance, and then put forth the performance appraisal system based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders. Chapter3mainly advanced the design principles and ways of the performance appraisal system based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders, defined the performance dimensions, and determined the indicators of the performance appraisal system based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders. Chapter4compared the different performance appraisal methods, put forth the Fuzzy Borda method to determine the weigh, and conceived the comprehensive fuzzy performance model. Chapter5put the performance appraisal system based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders into the target enterprise, and then indicated the current situation, problems and reasons. Chapter6concluded the research content and the innovation, and then indicated the limitation and the advice. The research innovation is that the thesis designed the questionnaire, the performance appraisal indicators and the performance appraisal model of the electric power enterprise based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders.The thesis integrated the theories of the strategic management, the multiple stakeholders, the satisfaction degree, the performance appraisal, the balance score card and the multiple-attribute decision-making and so on, absorbed the advantages of them, and formed the performance appraisal system of the electric power enterprise based on the satisfaction degree of the multiple stakeholders to adapt to the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the research enriched the theories of the strategic management and HRM, and provided the reference to the organizational decision-making.
