A Study On Financial Support System Of Bridgehead Strategy In Yunna Province

It is a important strategy and policy decision as well as embody of the opening and reform policy made by the State Council and PCC to further develop the Yunnan Province as a bridge head in the southwest area. It is also a opportunity for Yunnan itself development. It indicates there are close relationship between the finance lever of a country and the economic lever of the country or area economic by both the researches at home and abroad. Therefore,it is the foundation to make the finance system develop with the Yunnan Bridge Head Strategy in harmony. It should improve and perfect the finance system under the Bridge Head Strategy to support the sustained development of the Yunnan economics.This thesis includes two important aspects:(1) By using the DEA-Malmquist index to measure and calculate the contribution rate of the finance industry to the economic development by using the GDP、employment number、the credit balance of the finance institutions、the insurance revenue、the security industry revenue and etc. in19provinces and cities including Yunnan、Anhui、Beijing. The result shows the contribution rate of the finance in Yunnan province is ahead among other provinces in west area;(2) it suggests the ways of government positioning the structure of the finance market、the financial corporation、ecological environment and financial creation based on the theory and empirical study.Besides the above two research,this thesis also (1) present the theories related with economic development and financial development;(2)summarize the achievement of financial industry in Yunnan during the11th Five Years Plan;(3)compare the contribution rate of the financial industry vertically and horizontally among Yunnan、Anhui、Beijing、Fujian、Guangxi、Guizhou、 Hebei、Henan、Hubei、Hunan、Jiangxi、Liaoning、Neimenggu、Shanxi、Shanxi、 Shanghai、Sichuan、Xinjiang、Chongqing in order to deeply discuss the related issues with finance supportive system of Yunnan Bridge Head Strategy.This thesis adopts the modern western economic science、management science and financial theory, especially the financial development theory, as theoretical tools, by using the normative analysis and positive analysis, induction and deductio, system paradigm and analysis model, to build a anlysis framework.
